Papers must use the Springer LNCS format; the LaTeX llncs class is preferred and the Word template is accepted. Appendices are allowed, but reviewers are not obliged to read them.
Double-blind reviewing
A submission must not identify its authors: no names, affiliations or acknowledgements, your own prior work cited in the third person, identifying metadata stripped from the PDF, and repository and dataset links anonymised. Preprints posted before submission are acceptable and will not be searched for.
Originality
Work must be unpublished and not under review elsewhere; concurrent submission to another venue with proceedings leads to immediate rejection. Extended versions of workshop papers are welcome if at least 30% of the material is new and the relationship is declared.
Ethics and use of AI
Work involving human subjects, personal data or vulnerability discovery must describe the ethical safeguards applied; vulnerabilities must have been responsibly disclosed before submission. Generative AI may be used for language editing and routine coding support, but not to produce research content, results or citations, and it cannot be an author — any use beyond language editing must be declared at the end of the paper. Authors remain responsible for every claim, reference and result.
If your paper is accepted
One author must register at the full rate by 28 February 2027 and present the paper on site or remotely. A single registration covers at most two papers, and papers that are not presented are withdrawn from the proceedings. A documented visa refusal is never treated as a no-show.
